Brand Guideline Incusive Visual Treatment
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) is one of Highspot’s core strategic priorities. We were tasked with designing the branding and concept for this initiative, which aims to set the tone across the organization and effectively communicate its objectives. Our approach was guided by the principle of creating a cohesive and inclusive visual experience by leveraging the primary brand guideline. To foster a sense of global inclusion and belonging, we consistently asked: How can inclusion be felt universally?
This initiative is deeply rooted in Highspot’s values and key value propositions, ensuring alignment with its mission while delivering impactful and meaningful brand experiences across both online and offline platforms. The introduction of characters and overlapping shapes played a pivotal role in creating inter-racial and global appeal, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to diversity and unity.
